Hampton Inn McPherson

Above bed light shining down & flashing made hard to sleep. Loud train noise all night. First room had to change us because door latch broken. Hadn’t clean desk chair crackers all over chair. Bed & rest of room good to excellent.

Our stay was spectacular. We received a very warm and friendly reception. The room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Breakfast was beautifully set up and tasty.

We had a great stay! The breakfast had a good variety and tasted good. The room was very nice and the bathroom was spacious.

The check in gal (didn’t get her name) was amazing!! Had trouble with the tv and she came to room and fixed it. Also, gave good suggestions for eating out. Give the girl a raise!!!

The young lady that checked me in had a difficult customer she was dealing with before Me and she didn’t sweat a drop. She stayed calm, kind, and professional no matter how difficult the customer got. She then checked me in quickly and greeted me daily with smile on my entire stay.

Staff were great. Breakfast was better than most comps. Wish pool was fixed.

Great stay so far. Melissa at the front desk was especially helpful. Kudos!

Pool was out of order. Floor ice maker out of order (and leaking, creating a fall hazard), hotel did not seem busy, why not move us to a floor with a working ice maker. Wife mentioned mold (or other substance on A/C vent). The staff was kind, but mostly not overwhelming. Have stayed here the past 3 july 4th holidays. Has gone down hill

Clean but was not happy that the pool was out of order give it was theai reason we picked this hotel and would not give a discount
